Amo Google (I love Google) is an argentinean website that allows Internauts to customize as funny gameplay the Google home page with their own logo. An example of the loyalty and fanaticism that Google generates in its users.

Last week Topper introduced the first of the short films made for the brand by the agency Kepel & Mata. Last night was launched «Caminos« (Pathways – The ways of the heart), the second short film of a series of three. Next Thursday will be the turn of the last video entitled «With the heart in the mouth.» Via Adlatina (spanish only).
The sportwear brand Topper presented last night the short «Carrera» (Race – A heart at 10.000 revolutions) done by the argentinean agency Kepel & Mata. This is the first in a series of three short films that will be on the air over three consecutive thursdays at 22 p.m. by the screen of Telefé channel. More info on Adlatina (spanish only).
After a LOT of work and development time, I proud to announce that finally visualquimia has new website version. Once again developed entirely with WordPress, this fourth version brings significant improvements, pointing to a simple and intuitive navigation. Finally a complete website from end to end, which includes among other things a mini-blog. Navigate it!
I have shared with you various skate videos, so I could not stop to add this one from the shoes brand Lakai. Human tables, invisible tables, invisible skaters and now… a camera with life. Great!
A few years ago I had shared with you a couple of videos of the great AIDES’s campaigns. Reviewing those old files, I found a third video with the same aesthetics, again in charge of the agency TBWA / Paris. Everyone knows the devotion that some designers (me included) have for Helvetica font. Such is it world fame, that it has a documentary film. This time, Beverly Hsu delights us with its tantalizing idea: cutting molds to bake Helvetica cookies. Great!
A few years ago I published an experimental work that I was done in tribute to Diego Maradona with a video of Victor Hugo Morales’ great narration. Recalling that post, I found two videos on Youtube of that goal made with the technique of stop motion. One made with dolls and other with dough. Amazing!
On the bicentennial of its establishment, Peugeot launchs a new logo and concept: «motion & emotion» (for which they released a commercial showing the evolution of their products). The development of new graphical identifier was in charge of the Paris-based agency BETC Design. Also the evolution of Peugeot’s identity can be seen at www.new-peugeot.com
That is the title of the short animation of Federico Álvarez, a young director and animator from Uruguay. A few days later than he posted his video on Youtube, received a lot of offers to go to work in Hollywood. Finally, he got a contract with a budget for over 30 millions dollars to film a movie. Continuing with adidas, a few days ago I watched on tv a commercial for his collection adidas originals safety wear filmed in Japan (the adidas safety wear originally borns in this country). I was surprised because of the soundtrack: the song «Perro amor explota» belongs to Bersuit Vergarabat, an argentinean band better known as «La Bersuit».
To the large number of collaborations between the brand of the three stripes (my favorite) and Lucas Film’s franchising, this year they add the hyper announced adidas originals Star Wars collection. For this reason, the german company launched a commercial with celebrities as David Beckham, Snoop Dog and Daft Punk, among others.
With over 33 million hits, the video of Jill and Kevin’s wedding was the third most searched video on Youtube in 2009. With their friends, the couple turns fun the boring wedding ceremony at the church. If this were not enough, lovebirds invite from their website to make a donation to help in the domestic violence prevention.
Today I found a funny geek joke at the blog of a hosting provider. The joke is in spanish and was made by a graphic humorist from Argentina, Daniel Paz, so I make the translation for you: «(Bill Gates gets out the closet). Yes, I use Firefox…So what?!!»

This is the commercial that Sancor launched on the air for his campaign for the product Bebé 3 (Baby 3). The child’s universe composed of costumes, doodles, 3d objects and much more, combined in this piece through motion graphics and film with a catchy musical composition, makes this an extremely fun commercial.
My friends of Ideal will be offering a show on December 11th at Sala 565 in the city of La Plata to send-off the year and they asked me to design a new flyer. This is the resulting proposal in «christmas red».
